January 13 & 14th, 2024
Come join Lucy Saltmarsh and Laura Kummerle in Atlanta, Georgia for a weekend full of moving and learning to help you reach your fitness goals. For the first time, we’re coming together to help you progress toward various skills (handstands, pull ups, muscle ups, and different squat variations) and learn more about training to reach your goals.
The weekend camp will happen January 13th and 14th, 2024
What to Expect
- Four, 2.5 hour sessions focused on a particular topic or skill to help you learn progressions and finishing up with a sample workout to solidify concepts discussed in the session
- Training with a small, close cohort of motivated individuals to help cheer you on as you learn
- 10-30-12:00 – Welcome brunch
- 12:30-3 – Session 1
- 3-3:30 – Snack/break
- 3:30-6 – Session 2
- 6:30 – Dinner
- 7:00-7:45 – Light breakfast provided at gym
- 8-10:30 – Session 3
- 10:30-11 – Snack/break
- 11-1:30 – Session 4
- 2pm – Optional lunch

The number will be capped to keep a small, intimate group and to make sure you get the instruction and support you need. So go ahead and reserve your spot now to make sure you’re part of the weekend!

No pre-requisites are needed for the camp as we can work with you where you’re currently at, but keep in mind sessions are 2.5h each and there are 2 per day, so you do need to be able to tolerate that volume of movement!
