FAQ
Who is the Paradigm of Perfection + Train app for? Is the app for me?
The app is for all training levels and those interested in learning more about their body, progressing skills, and training for life/function. All programs combine various aspects of training and are programmed by a physical therapist so you can reach your goals while also reducing injury risk.
Are the workouts beginner friendly?
Yes, there are programs for all levels in the app! So whether you’ve never worked out before, are coming back from an injury, or have been training for years, there are programs for you!
Also, each exercise in the programs has a list of progressions and regressions (and sometimes even equipment modifications) so you can tailor each program to your level even more!
Do I need specific equipment to use the app?
There are programs using minimal to no equipment and programs that require a full gym. Most programs will need a little equipment (ex. bands or weights), but there are options for you depending on what you have access to!
Each exercise in the programs can be modified based on level or equipment, so you can also choose a progression/regression/modification if you don’t have a certain piece of equipment.
